DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Returns:
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked, cleaned and in proper working conditions to provide exceptional accommodations.

- Lifeguard safety training and CPR training.
- Completes daily pool inspections and records maintenance request forms.
- Cleans and maintains pool deck and pool area during shift. Stocks towel bins in pool area as needed.
- Straightens pool furniture to meet standard setting as needed.
- Assist in handling and resolving of guest complaints.
- Uses proper etiquette.
- Writes legible.
- Promptly reports to Manager all incidents or occurrence of an unusual nature that could result in potential loss damage injury or other liability to individuals or company property.
- Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
- Attend staff meetings.

Assistant Executive Housekeeper (Oshkosh, WI)
Position Summary:
Ensures all public areas and guest rooms meet a high standard of cleanliness for customer satisfaction. Assists Head Housekeeper with managing all aspects of the housekeeping and cleaning operation; including, scheduling room attendants, laundry attendants, public area attendants, night clean-up staff, etc. Assists in hiring, termination, evaluations, and disciplinary action of all staff within the department. Additionally, assists Head Housekeeper in conducting monthly staff meetings, monthly inventory, and weekly ordering of essential guestroom supplies (amenities & linens). Must maintain the highest quality of cleanliness and maintain established room times. Inspects all guestrooms daily to ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy. Reports any maintenance or safety concerns to the engineering department immediately for proper repair. Understands basic uses of the hotel computer system for updating room status. Maintains the lost and found within the department and updates the log daily. Visually inspects all employees within the department that the proper uniform is worn each day for work, including wearing a name tag. In the absence of the Head Housekeeper is the acting department manager.
