Position Summary:

Ensures all public areas and swimming pool meet a high standard of cleanliness and safety for customer satisfaction. Responsible for the supervision of the entire pool area to ensure the safety of our guests. Must maintain the rules of the pool area and interact with guests, providing a favorable experience. Required to check the chemical composition of the pools every hour the pool is open; including testing temperature, pH level, chlorine level and clarity. Responsible for check in and out of all guests and respond to any guest needs. Balance all daily transactions throughout the hotel. Check front office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis; summarize and compile information for the hotel’s financial records. To ensure guest needs and expectations are exceeded. To maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the van and shuttle our guests to nearby businesses and the airport.

The Van Drivers re-enforce the statement of customer service. The Van Driver is responsible for the comfort and needs of each and every guest. They also must maintain the cleanliness of the vans and help with minor cleaning duties during downtime as needs arise and as they are assigned by our various hotels.
