Position Summary:

Responsible for cleaning of dining room, kitchen, pool area, banquet hallways, public restrooms and lobby or common hotel areas.

To clean and maintain all public areas before the majority of guests check out daily. To provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:

Prepares soiled linens for wash. Loads and unloads washers. Checks for stained linen. Cleans work area and maintains supplies. Inspects, folds and stores clean linens. Maintains linen levels on shelves. Fulfills linen requests from room attendants and meeting room personnel. Finishes clean linen according to the property standards. Hotel Maintenance (Fond du Lac, WI)

Position Summary:

Maintains property appearance, equipment, pool chemicals, exterior grounds, furniture and fixtures throughout hotel. Repairs all damaged or inoperable items. Ensures guest safety and security at all times. Through preventative maintenance, preserves the condition of the hotel to a “like new” condition. May assist in banquet set-up, van runs and luggage.

Purpose of Position:

To keep all guestrooms, public areas, pool areas and exterior grounds of the property in clean, safe, secure and well-maintained condition. Maintain the highest level of safety and security for our guests.

Essential Functions/Tasks:

  • Assist guests with any special needs and always make guest the 1st priority.

  • Remove all debris from parking lots and exterior of building daily. Sweep under canopy at main entrance and hotel entrance ways on a daily basis.

Position Summary:

Purpose of Position:

Perform routine accounting functions in addition to all duties of Front Desk/Guest Service Representative. Acting Manager on Duty and in charge of the hotel during this shift.

Position Summary:

Provide outstanding service above our guests’ expectations. Answer all incoming phone calls, make reservations and general cashiering duties. Responsible for check in and out of all guests and respond to any guest needs. Balance all daily transactions throughout the hotel. Check front office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis; summarize and compile information for the hotel’s financial records. Monitor current status on coupons, discounts, gift certificates and other promotional programs.

Purpose of Position:

To ensure guest needs and expectations are exceeded. To maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the van and shuttle our guests to nearby businesses and the airport.

Position Summary:

The Van Drivers re-enforce the statement of customer service. The Van Driver is responsible for the comfort and needs of each and every guest. They also must maintain the cleanliness of the vans and help with minor cleaning duties during downtime as needs arise and as they are assigned by our various hotels.

Essential Tasks/Functions:

  • Assist guests with any special needs and always make guests the 1st priority.
  • Greet every guest that is met.
  • Assist and accommodate all guest needs within your capabilities.
