Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Your Wisco Welcome Back Rewards card are available in the lobby display, guest rooms and at the front desk of all Wisco Hotel Group locations.
• For every 12 nights that you stay within the course of a year, your 13th night is FREE. (Effective day you enroll, previous stays will not be awarded points).
• After you have earned a free night with Wisco Welcome Back Rewards:
  • 1. Please let us know that you are utilizing your free night earned when making your reservation with us.
  • 2. Present your Wisco Welcome Back Rewards card at check out to receive credit.
• One punch for each utilized room night. Cards cannot be transferred to other individuals to accumulate punches.
  
• Members also receive special invitations and promotions.  You must sign up online to receive this information.
  

Restrictions:

Only utilized room nights that are paid for in full are awarded credit in this program.  You cannot earn credit on room nights that are paid for with a gift certificate or on the earned 13th Night Free.  Free Nights earned in the Wisco Hotel Group Welcome Back Rewards program cannot be redeemed on the same visit and have no cash value.  Free nights are redeemable only at  Wisco Hotel Group  locations and can be utilized in a free night or a Wisco Hotel Group Gift Certificate which expire in one year from date issued.  Federal and State Tax Liabilities remain the responsibility of the card holder.  Wisco Hotel Group employees or those receiving the employee discount, industry discounts, friends and family discount or extended stay rates are not eligible for the Welcome Back Rewards program.

The Wisco Hotel Group reserves the right to change the program at any time with or without notice.  The Wisco Hotel Group also reserves the right to access your account for monitoring and administration and reserves the right to terminate accounts based on abuse of the program or inactivity.
