Kitchen Manager (Fond du Lac, WI)
Position Summary:

Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness for the restaurant and banquets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.

Purpose of Position:

To train and market the restaurant to increase sales and customer growth while providing exceptional service.

Position Summary:

Train, plan and manage the human resources and operations of the restaurant department. To achieve guest, employee and owner satisfaction and quality service while achieving and exceeding guest expectations in accordance with all Wisco and franchise standards. Develop a marketing and advertising plan to increase sales.

Essential Functions & Tasks:

  • Responsible for short and long-term planning and management of the restaurant operations in the front and back of the house. Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives along with managing those approved plans. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping Attendant Duties:

Perform exceptional guest service to our guests and daily room cleaning while replenishing guestroom supplies/materials. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for the safety and security of our guests. Teamwork is essential to our organization and we look forward to meeting people that have a keen eye for cleanliness and welcome hosting our visitors.

Laundry Attendant Duties:

Prepares soiled linens for wash. Loads and unloads washers. Checks for stained linen. Cleans work area and maintains supplies. Inspects, folds and stores clean linens. Maintains linen levels on shelves. Fulfills linen requests from room attendants and meeting room personnel. Finishes clean linen according to the property standards. Checks equipment and keeps maintenance records on machinery. Keeps laundry room and equipment clean and organized.

Purpose of Position:

To exceed guests’ expectations at all times by projecting a positive image of the hotel through appearance, conduct and service.

Position Summary:

The number one priority of this department is guest satisfaction. You are the key to exceeding guests’ expectations through the reservation and sales process, check in and check out process, using proper telephone etiquette and basic telephone skills, addressing and handling guest comments and concerns, offering proper service and amenities of the hotel along with knowledge of area businesses and attractions, accurately balances daily cash and credit card transactions and has full knowledge of the hotels safety and emergency procedures. Essential Task/Functions:

  • Assist guests with any special needs and always make guests the 1st priority.
  • Greet every guest that is met.
  • Register guests and assign rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
  • Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
